Soft Sourdough Bread

We baked our sourdough bread soft, so that more people including the young and old can enjoy the goodness that a sourdough brings.

Our sourdough undergoes at least 16 hrs of fermentation. No preservatives, no artificial flavorings and no additives added.

100% Wholewheat Sourdough Loaf

Using a very active sourdough starter and a longer autolyse, a fluffier and softer Whole Food Plant Based sourdough loaf is produced.
100% wholewheat flour, with zero sugar and oil. This loaf is slightly paler and does not rise as tall as our usual wholewheat sourdough loaf; nevertheless it is still packed with flavour and nutrients!
