(WHole wheat, Low-sugar)

Our cakes are baked to order. We use 100% wholewheat flour, which is rich in protein, fiber, and several minerals, especially compared with refined white flour. In addition, wholewheat flour brings a nutty and tasty flavor to the cakes. The amount of sugar we used is about 25% compared to most commercial cakes. The sweetness comes from the carefully selected well ripen bananas.
