A long fermented bread using sourdough starter or koji starter. Baked with 100% wholewheat, without any oil or sugar, making it in high in fibre and nutrition.

Options for seeds, walnuts, sultana etc can be requested.

No preservatives, no artificial flavorings and no additives added.
